A. Registration and Payment Terms
- Registration or booking Down Payment of at least 50% of the trip fee.
- Registration does not include a Down Payment not binding and can be cancelled without prior notification to participants.
- Maximum payment of trip fees within H-7
- For registrants or trip participants aged over 70 years old or have physical/mental limitations, must be accompanied by a family member/friend/siblings of participants during the trip.
- Cancellation 60 days to 25 days before the trip : 75% Cashback.
- Cancellation 24 days to 7 days before the trip : 60% Cashback.
- Cancellation 6 days to 1 day before the trip : 15% Cashback.
- Changes or postponements of trip dates will apply additional fee 10% of the total trip cost.
- If there is any cancellation or change of tour date due to natural disasters, accidents, illness, riots, or caused by participant error without confirmation, it is considered asunilateral cancellation by the participant.
- Cancellation or postponement of the tour during high season or peak season, then Down Payment cannot be refunded. All forms of cancellation/postponement of trip schedules clearly informed to parties Rimba indonesia via WhatsApp or Phone.
- Rimba Indonesia is not responsible for changes in climate or weather during the trip.
